How monthly stays work

Monthly is a different product from nightly — here's the whole process, start to finish.

• 1. Inquiry — tell us dates, party size, area and must-haves (pets, workspace, one-story). We reply with matching homes and one monthly price per home.
• 2. One monthly price — quoted per stay, based on the home and season. It includes furnishings, utilities, Wi-Fi and standard cleaning at move-out terms we put in writing. No platform service fees, ever, on a direct booking.
• 3. Verification — like our direct nightly bookings, we verify government ID and payment before arrival. It's how we keep good homes available to good guests.
• 4. Agreement & move-in — a plain-English monthly stay agreement, first month and deposit handled up front, keys or codes at check-in.
• 5. During the stay — a local team for anything the house needs; mid-stay cleaning available on request.
• 6. Extending — after the first 30 nights, stays roll month-to-month with notice — built for contracts and repair timelines that move.
