Tampa Monthly Stays is the monthly-stay brand of Property Management LHT, a Tampa Bay management company running ~98 doors — 82 long-term rentals and 16 short-term vacation homes — from our office at The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel.

We kept hearing the same request from three directions: winter visitors who wanted a season without a lease, clinicians on 13-week contracts living out of hotel rooms, and families displaced by insurance claims. Monthly stays are the answer for all three, so we built them their own front door.

The company is led by Jason and Jennifer Catalanotto. Jason is a licensed Florida real estate agent with the Lifestyle Home Team, powered by LPT Realty, and also works in mortgage lending — useful when a "temporary" stay turns into a relocation and a purchase.
